Terms of Service

Barton’s Specialty Services, LLC

By enrolling in any of our monthly service packages, including but not limited to the Always Ready Club and Text My Mechanic Concierge, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Overview

Always Ready Club ($19/month):

Includes seasonal readiness checklists, expert boating tips, 1 free dealer-level scan per year (a $149 value), and access to a private members group.

Text My Mechanic Concierge ($47/month):

Provides priority text-based support from our team of marine professionals, help sourcing parts, recommendations, and troubleshooting advice.

We may introduce new membership packages or modify existing features with notice.

2. Billing & Payment

Memberships are billed automatically every 30 days to the payment method on file.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services.

Failed payments will result in suspension of service access until payment is updated.

Prices are subject to change. Members will be notified 30 days in advance of any pricing adjustments.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership anytime by:

Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to receive services through the end of the period already paid for.

4. Included Services & Limitations

The annual inspection included in the Always Ready Club is subject to appointment availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Concierge support via text is not a replacement for emergency or on-site repairs.

Barton’s Specialty Services reserves the right to limit or refuse service in cases of abuse, misuse, or inappropriate conduct.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Membership services are provided “as-is” for general support, guidance, and seasonal maintenance planning. Barton’s Specialty Services is not liable for equipment failure, missed maintenance, or damage resulting from client negligence or failure to act on recommendations.

6. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
